Building Surveying services are based on a traditional approach mixed with experience gained working in a fast track Facilities Department for a large Blue Chip Retailer.

CDM Co-ordination services have been provided since its introduction in 1995. We are involved with the Executive Committee for the Association for Project Safety and also provides an advice line for its members.

Health & Safety Consultancy services has introduced Vey Associates into the world of Contracting, producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements as well as carrying out site Health & Safety Audits.  Advice is provided to Site Managers and assistance given to setting up Health & Safety procedures.

The approach to Project Management is to be proactive ensuring the Client receives their project on time to the correct cost and to the quality required.  We have a reputation for solving problems other practices would rather not get involved in or have the ability to solve.

Risk Management has been developed working primarily in the financial sector providing Project Risk Management Advice to large banks within Central London.
